By expanding our interpretation of “athlete” we can better serve a broader population of active adults who just want to age well. I love seeing these clients thrive in pushing themselves to be 1% better each day. People who invest in themselves and take risks, being scared but doing it anyways, taking on new challenges and continuing to grow. We are a part of their support system and their plan!
