❌Myth: Lifting heavy makes you bulky.

✅Fact: The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn.

Lifting heavy improves lean muscle gain and helps with a "toned" physique, which enhances your body's natural fat-burning ability.

To gain "bulk," you would require a very disciplined regimen of training, nutrition, and hormonal support.

For the average person on their fitness journey, you're all clear to lift heavy without worrying about bulking up!

💪How did you get into fitness and what’s your favorite part?

A: I’ve always enjoyed going to the gym and working out, so it was a natural fit for work. My favorite part is being able to help someone change an aspect of their life, see them happy with the results, and grow a relationship with them.

🍗What's you favorite high-protein snack/meal?

A: It has to be chicken.

🙌What do you tell yourself to get through a difficult workout, exercise, or day?

A: Tomorrow you’ll be glad you did it!

🏀What's your favorite physical activity outside of the gym?

A: Basketball

💙What do you wish everyone knew about fitness?

A: How much it helps you in the little things in your everyday life from going up the stairs to washing your car, to playing your favorite sport or doing your favorite activity.
