Struggling with pushups? 👇Start here!

Elevated pushups ➡️ Progress to a lower point.

Continue that process until you're in the traditionally correct pushup form.

Another trick is to try "negatives" by lowering down as slowly as possible, and then resetting your pushup.

Pull-ups aren’t easy, we know that!

If it’s a goal of yours, start with banded pull-ups and gradually build strength by progressing the assist (from foot to knee). From there, work on getting your chin over the bar and practice slow, controlled negatives on the way down.

Stick with it, stay consistent, and you’ll build the strength to get your first full pull-up.
