This time last year I couldn't get my arm wet. I was fighting for my life. I wasn't outside walking everyday. There was a lot of things I wanted to do but couldn't. This year I'm happy to be alive. I get to walk every morning. I get to be in the pool with my boys. I get to live my life. Cancer took a lot from me. Now I get to start a new life. I thank God that I won the battle. I thank God for the people he put in my life to help me win that battle. If you don't have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ I pray you pursue one.

Didn't get a mile in because it was windy, cool, and trying to rain. I did make sure I got my 10 minutes though. Showing up and doing some is better than nothing.
