The Neighborhood residents spent the day with a special visitor. It was heartwarming to see the genuine joy and smiles that only a dog can bring.

This morning, a number of residents enjoyed the lovely weather by venturing outdoors. We took a walk around the building, had some delightful conversation and rehydrated with glasses of cool, refreshing water. We all had to stop and smell the flowers too.

☀️💦 Summer fun was in full swing at the Independence Village Fishers East pool party! Residents splashed, danced, and soaked up the sunshine with water balloon battles, a slip and slide, and even a wheelchair and walker wash station to make sure everyone was included in the fun. 🤩✨

We had an absolute blast today as the Bongo Boys joined us for a fun and energizing drum therapy session! Our residents lit up the room with rhythm, laughter, and connection as they explored the power of music and movement together.

Drum therapy isn’t just about beats—it’s about joy, expression, and community. And the smiles on everyone’s faces said it all! 😊❤️

We had an absolute BLAST at our summer pool party this week! From splashing in the water to dancing to great tunes, it was a day full of laughter, connection, and sunshine ☀️

🎉 Highlights included:
💧 A special wheelchair and walker wash station – making sure everyone got to join in on the fun!
😄 An epic slip and slide that brought out everyone’s inner kid
🎯 A wild water balloon fight with the residents – and yes, some of us got soaked!
🍔 Delicious food, 🎶 great music, and unforgettable memories all around

Big thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a joyful, inclusive, and refreshing day! ❤️
