Fantastic long weekend in one of our favorite places! Always fun to try some new things, this time included eating in Germany at the Biergarten( Epcot) and watching the awesome performers! Also, eating dinner and watching the fireworks at the top of the Contemporary resort ( California Grill) what an incredible view! Lots of fun Christmas decorations, a Christmas tree scavenger hunt in Disney Springs, and recharge time. Always a wonderful adventure….. until next time Disney!!!❤️❤️

We are two weeks away from Thanksgiving and the donations for the food drive have been great this year! We are thankful for everyone who has donated, it’s a great way to give back to the community. Please keep them coming so we can break last year’s record! Just a reminder:

🍁 Three bags of groceries will get you that adjustment for no out of pocket cost.

🦃 If you know anyone looking for chiropractic care, they can bring in eight bags of groceries to get their new patient appointment for no out of pocket cost as well. This includes the exam, X-rays and consultation! That’s a $350 value!

🍄 All groceries must be nonperishable and we are also looking for toiletries like toothbrushes, soap, or paper towels/toilet paper.

What a fantastic weekend back in Iowa to visit family and let Matt go hunting with the uncles. We actually had an impromptu snowstorm with 4 inches of snow!!❤️❤️The boys had a successful hunt, while Dad and the girls did some lunch and shopping!! Captured a beautiful Midwest sunriseon the way home today.😊 So blessed to have some fun downtime with my family!!
