EEG Neurofeedback is a training program for the brain offers support for increased flexibility and resilience in brain performance. This learning process for the brain is often used in conjunction with other therapies for a comprehensive approach to overall health and wellbeing. No diagnostic testing or brain mapping is necessary for our program. We see children, teens and adults and offer flexible scheduling in our Fishers office.

Our Story

Hello, I am Kristi Knight, owner and founder of Brain Fitness, located in Fishers, Indiana. I am a certified Brain Fitness Coach and Health & Wellness Coach and a certified NeurOptimal(R) Neurofeedback trainer. My company offers a unique combination of services that support and educate people about what it takes to keep your brain fit and healthy, as well as offering NeurOptimal(R) Neurofeedback training.

This brain training program supports the brain by promoting self-regulation, which increases flexibility and resilience in brain performance. This training program is a learning process for the brain, sometimes referred to as exercise for the brain, and is often used as part of a comprehensive approach to overall health and well being.

No diagnostic testing or brain mapping is necessary in order to train with us. We see children, teens and adults ages 4-94. We offer two ways for you to train with us. In office flexible appointment scheduling, or home rental units that allow you to train at home using the same equipment that we use in our office, with unlimited monthly sessions. The train at home program is a great option for busy families and those having more than one person in a family who would like to train.
