Choose empathy
Everyone has their own opinions and beliefs as they should. Don't internalize others choices regardless of your beliefs. Instead, try to understand others experiences are different then your own

Check your scrolling habits
"Five finger trolling" Limit your scrolling habits to five times a day for five minutes

Checking too often isn't that healthy.
We spend the majority of time on our devices. Silence notifications from your news apps on all your devices

Focus on the important issues versus the character debates. Character speaks for itself.

Step away
Do a self check. Are you interactions increasing your anxiety symptoms. If so, step away for awhile

Ultimately focus on the things you can control and release the things you can not
