Augusta Community Care is the community services division of Augusta Health. Within the Augusta Community Care building on the ground floor is the Care Home Medical Retail showroom where you can access a variety of available home healthcare products and information to help you live more comfortably. Our warehouse and office is located on the second floor. Care Home Medical offers a full line of home medical equipment, delivered locally to your home. We provide state of the art home care products from leading and trusted manufacturers in the industry. Our knowledgeable and professional Customer Service team are here to help with recommendations, training and support.
