At our dental clinic, we believe whole-person care includes mental and emotional well-being. That’s why we’re proud to offer free mental health sessions for our patients through a partnership with the Virginia Telemental Health Initiative.

These confidential, virtual sessions connect patients with mental health professionals—making care more accessible, convenient, and supportive.

- Free for ARDC patients
- Confidential and secure
- Provided virtually
- Available in English or Spanish

If you or someone you know could benefit from mental health support, please ask our front desk or care team for more information during your next visit.

🥫💙 Help Stock Our Patient Food Pantry! 💙🥫

At the ARDC, caring for our patients goes beyond oral health. We’re proud to offer a food pantry with healthy food options for patients and families who may be facing food insecurity—and we need your help to keep the shelves stocked.

We invite our community to drop off donations of non-perishable, healthy food items. ⭐ Most Needed Items:

🍏 Canned vegetables or fruits
🫘 Canned beans and lentils
🍝 Brown rice or whole-grain pasta
🥛 Shelf-stable milk
🍗 Canned tuna or chicken
🍪 Healthy snacks (granola bars, trail mix, applesauce cups)
🧼 Hygiene items (soap, shampoo, deodorant etc.)

📍 Donations can be dropped off at our clinic during regular business hours (TUE-FRI, 8am-4pm).

Thank you for helping us support the health and well-being of our patients—inside and outside the dental chair! 🦷💙

The ARDC does not provide after-hours or holiday emergency services. If you experience dental pain, swelling, or any urgent concern while we are closed, please visit your local urgent care center or emergency department for immediate assistance.
