You’ve felt the power of physical movement—endorphins rising, clarity returning.
But the real shift happens when we begin to witness ourselves in motion.
When awareness itself becomes the practice.
This class is an invitation to explore mindfulness not as performance or perfection, but as paying attention, with curiosity and compassion. You don’t need to sit cross-legged for hours or clear your mind of all thoughts. What you need is a willingness to pause, a little playfulness, and safe space to listen—to your breath, your body, your sensations, your truth.
Each week, we’ll explore a variety of mindful practices, including guided meditations, gentle grounding, breath awareness, body sensing, and moments of quiet rest. You’ll learn how to bring presence into everyday movements and routines, how to center when the world feels loud, and how to trust your own internal rhythm.
Rooted in teachings from Zen, Loving kindness meditation, Qi Gong, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and many others—and grounded in the neurobiology of well-being—this class is a place to come home to yourself. Again and again.
Come as you are. No experience needed. No pressure to get it “right.” Just a return. A remembering.
