This Mother’s Day, treat yourself or the special woman in your life to a unique restorative sound healing experience in the woods. Immerse yourselves in nature as the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a variety of soothing instruments allow your minds to drift from an active state to a relaxed and meditative state. This special 75-minute session will take place at the Glacial Erratic, a 15-minute walk from the main parking lot. We encourage you to begin or end your journey at the Visitor Center courtyard to admire the beauty of the peony garden. Ages 10+. Max: 30 people.

I am so happy to announce that I will be opening my Reiki practice in Wappingers! More details to come! It will be a shared space with a massage therapist so hours are by appointment only.
