Welcome to Hudson Valley Fertility! We understand your concerns and we are here to help you as you embark on your journey to grow your family.

Our goal is to offer each patient with services to ensure a wellness and complete approach to the journey of fertility based on your personal needs and wishes. You and your partner may feel overwhelmed as you begin to investigate infertility treatment options. Confronting the ups and downs of medical treatments can be a challenge, but it is one you will better manage if you are prepared, well informed and have support. Understanding the diagnostic tests and options will assist you in managing your treatment and prepare you for the road ahead.

How Does IVF Surrogacy Work?

IVF surrogacy, also called gestational surrogacy, is a family-building option where a surrogate carries a pregnancy created through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Here’s a simple breakdown of the process:

1️⃣ IVF & Embryo Creation
Eggs are fertilized with s***m in a specialized IVF lab to create embryos.

2️⃣ Embryo Transfer
A healthy embryo is carefully transferred into the surrogate’s uterus.

3️⃣ Pregnancy & Care
The surrogate carries the pregnancy, receiving ongoing medical monitoring and support throughout each stage.

4️⃣ Birth & Family Bonding
After delivery, the baby is welcomed by the intended parent(s), with legal agreements in place ahead of time to protect everyone involved.

Surrogacy can be an empowering path to parenthood for individuals and couples who cannot safely carry a pregnancy themselves—including those with medical conditions, same-sex male couples, and single parents by choice.
