So I thought I was in shape till I did reformer Pilates…It kicked my ass but I am going to keep going back till I get better! The trainer needs to be trained! You have to switch things up… muscles have memory… can’t just keep doing what you like you have to do what is hard and you don’t like but might love one day! Thank you Michelle for the great workouts! I promise I will get better!
