I wanted to share that I’ll be participating in the NAMIWalks Mid-Hudson 2026 on May 16th, and I’d really love to see more of our mental health community come out for it.

As therapists, prescribers, and mental health professionals, we all know how important access to support, education, and advocacy is. National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) does such meaningful work for individuals and families, and this is a great way to show up and support that mission.
