Integrative Massage
I would tell a friend that this is a top-notch experience. Mary Ellen is skilled and very in tune to your body needs and limitations. What I appreciated is that after she inquired about my reason for being there and my limitations, etc., she allowed a quiet experience with soft, soothing background music. I kind of zone out during a session, so I enjoy not talking. Included in this integrative therapy session was ample blanket covering to keep me warm and after each section of my body, Mary Ellen applied hot towels to wipe down each section. No oil to get on your clothes! She also used hot stones on my back and applied a warmed neck rest for the final head and scalp massage. Heaven. This was my first visit with Mary Ellen and I will say that it was the best massage I ever had!
