Just a reminder! I’m headed to the Cape Wednesday to volunteer massage for the on Saturday at the for my 3rd year! This is by far my favorite event! I’m trying very hard to get everyone rescheduled from my mini leave before I hit the road. My apologies I’ve been so busy with life plus softball, football, yoga, and my business- I swear I haven’t forgotten you!

I have cried more tears on this trail than any other place on this earth. Sweaty, ugly cry, snotty tears. The sun gently drying them and the wind patting my back. Never judging. Never offering advice. Just letting me be where I am and letting me feel what I need to authentically feel. And for that… I’m grateful.

I hold stuff. Children, space, secrets, pain, emotions…. More than I should. Sometimes life gets super heavy and I’m so grateful to have a healthy coping mechanism to work thru the heaviness. Grateful for exercise today
