Lots of March Milestones! 2 years ago today I got the keys to my Massage Office. I appreciate each and every one of you who has come in to see me and has trusted me with your time, energy, and your BODIES! I look forward to what the future holds especially since we picked up a rental downstairs! Stay tuned for class rental space information! We would love to have your energy in with us!

2 years ago I graduated from yoga teacher training. Not thinking I was going to teach, and honestly TERRIFIED to teach. But honestly, it has warmed my heart and strengthened my love for my community more than I ever could imagine. The laughter, the tears, the wins the losses- I love that my class is a space where women talk, share, confide, and give advice. I love this community and this work, I am so blessed to move with each one of you who comes to class. YOU are the reason I do this. 🤍
