This past January on my way to Costa, I threw my back out sleeping on the plane, then I got sick and my back hurt even worse. I decided I wasn’t going to be “that” old at 40 and started hitting the gym. Fast forward and here we are, caught a glimpse of my growing abs in the mirror and thought “THIS is what I want at 41.” Not perfect, theres always going to be signs I carried my beautiful babies, but here we are. Snapping good lighting pics of my abs. I’ve never had abs before and f**k I worked (work) hard for this.

And my back has been better for months.
