I get an e-mail daily with a "message from the universe" and I thought I would share today's because it just felt right:

Primitive societies live by the Rule of Might, and the strong prevail
Advanced societies live by the Rule of Law, and the privileged prevail.
Enlightened societies live by the Rule of Love, and everyone is lifted higher.

Such a great article- although it’s written about kids, it’s a good reminder to practice having more empathy for yourself.

It might seem strange to respond to misbehavior with support and empathy, but kids right now need “much more compassion than ever before.”
