Meet Alicia, Learning Facilitor for Illuminus. She leads new employee orientation, plus training on First Aid and Choking, Fire Safety and Standard Precautions. Alicia has also assisted in the development of a robust mentor program for our caregivers, and supports the Commonheart Home Health and Hospice team. Residents at St. Dominic Villa were treated to back to back events: a jam session where Sr. AnaLuisa brought residents and local children together to learn Spanish songs and an informative visit from Wisconsin State Representative Travis Tranel. We're passionate about creating joyful, educational experiences that enrich our residents' lives and foster connection.
