Now that Dr. Sam is officially taking appointments at our office, you will notice her added to the online scheduling portal ✨

When you first click on the online portal from our website, it should look like the first photo! This means that you will need to click on the picture of the doctor you want to see to filter to only their schedule. If you do not click on a specific doctor, it will offer you which ever doctor has the next opening.

Once you have selected a day and time, a pop up appears which looks like the second picture. Verify one more time before booking that the name listed after your appointment (underlined in red) is the doctor you would like to see!

Please pay close attention when scheduling! If you schedule with one of them we can not guarantee at your appointment time that the other would be available.

It’s official, we have a new doctor in the house 🥳

Big welcome to the newest addition to the Revive team, Dr. Sam! Dr. Sam is a dedicated chiropractor with a passion for helping people move and feel their best. Born in Madison and raised in Sheboygan, she brings genuine Midwest warmth and a patient-first approach to every visit.

She earned her Exercise Science degree from Marian University, where she competed as a student-athlete on the NCAA women’s bowling team. Her athletic background gives her a strong understanding of movement, performance, and the importance of staying active throughout life.

Dr. Sam went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She began her career in Rockford, Illinois, working with professional athletes serving as one of the team chiropractors for the Rockford IceHogs, the AHL affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks, an experience that strengthened her skills in injury prevention, recovery, and performance care.

Today, she brings that same high-level expertise to patients of all ages, from children to adults to athletes of every background. Her mission is simple: help each person move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Sam enjoys spending time with her dog, Titan, staying active in many different ways, and making memories with family. She strives to live the healthy, balanced lifestyle she encourages in her patients.

With a commitment to personalized and evidence-informed care, Dr. Sam focuses on truly understanding each patient’s needs. She works with you to create a thoughtful, effective treatment plan that supports long-term wellness and an active, fulfilling life.

Ellie the Elf postponed her annual debut at Revive until the chaos of our Monday was over 😅

She’s enjoying directing traffic away from our demo area while maintenance continues to work on putting our bathroom back together! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause as you come in for your adjustments today and tomorrow. But we are open all day today and tomorrow 8am-5:30pm for your adjustment needs ✨

If you saw our stories this morning, you know we had to close due to some emergency plumbing issues in the bathrooms that connect to the back of our suite. When you come to visit this week, please excuse the slight chaos. We had to move several large items from our storage room to save them from the flooding!

To top it off, we have been planning for a couple months to get our floors replaced this week. Which ultimately worked out as good timing with the fact that today we had to rip up the flooring in our back hallway. But that means our hours are very limited this week!!

Please plan ahead ✨ We added extra hours Tuesday to accommodate. But we are filling up fast so schedule as soon as possible to guarantee your adjustment spot!
