Yet some of us can only imagine a life that includes deep, restful sleep, energy and focus throughout the day, freedom from pain and chronic tension, and a deep level of joy and satisfaction with our lives. If your body is not doing the regular work needed to accomplish this (health on every level) – we need to find out why!
A GENTLE SOLUTION
We use a number of gentle, highly-effective adjusting techniques to help improve the biomechanics of your spine, reduce the interference in your central nerve system (like static on a cell phone), and turn on your body’s ability to heal itself. Low force contacts over specific points on your spine cue your brain to release old patterns of stress and tension, moving from defense and stress into safety, healing and growth. This is like pushing ‘restart’ on your computer: tension melts, the body is able to reset itself, and sometimes for the first time in years the person can experience a feeling of ease. As care progresses and the spine and muscles drop tension and gain flexibility, the person’s breathing naturally becomes more expansive and full. A breath ‘wave’ develops and continues to gently unlock damaged areas of the spine. The body begins to heal, upgrades its ability to handle stress, and continues to release spinal and life tension between visits.
