**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures by sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Assist dentists during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Take and develop dental x-rays as needed
- Provide chairside assistance by handing instruments and materials to dentists
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace, following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Completion of a recognized Dental Assistant program preferred
- State licensure or certification as a Dental Assistant
- X-ray certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Proficiency in dental software and computer skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and responsibilities
