Hi everyone! We’re excited to expand our holistic wellness space and are looking for a Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Chiropractor, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Physician, Nurse Practitioner—or similar provider who’s looking for a calm, supportive environment to grow their practice 💫

Our space currently includes an Acupuncturist, Reiki Instructor, and Reflexologist, and we truly value collaboration, positive energy, and whole-body healing. We’re building a space where both practitioners and clients feel supported and aligned.

Sleep,sleep and more sleep. We need restorative 😴. Many of my clients fall asleep even during their sessions. I know I do.

Sleep quality

Good sleep is when the body restores.

If sleep is shallow, broken or restless, everything feels harder.

Reflexology supports:
deeper relaxation
improved sleep cycles
easier falling asleep
fewer night wakings

Many clients notice changes within a few sessions, even one could take less sleeping tablets and stopped taking them one day.

Rest is not laziness.
Rest is repair.
