Last night’s sound bath was made even more magical under the light of the Full Super Moon. The energy was powerful yet deeply centering, and the reflections shared afterward continue to amaze me! Each person’s experience is so beautifully unique and always exactly the insight or magic they need in that moment!

I have so much gratitude for everyone who joined and opened themselves to this work. Thank you for showing up with such openness and thank you for trusting the process!

Back from the mountains and feeling so refreshed!

I took a week away to recharge with a mix of adventure and restoration—hiking through beautiful trails, swimming in crystal clear rivers, reading by the pool, and painting just for the joy of it. It was exactly what my mind and body needed. 🌿💧🎨

And still… I woke up this morning genuinely excited to be back to work—because I know I’m doing the right work. I get to help people feel better in their bodies, more grounded, more at ease. I’m so looking forward to seeing my amazing clients today.

And the BEST part?? Its raining!!! One of my favorite kinds of massage day. If you know, you know. There’s something about the sound of rain and the rhythm of bodywork that’s pure magic ✨
