Everyone's breastfeeding journey looks different, so it's best to take the time to learn about it and decide what's best for you! Attn: Hubbardston Residents! It is once again time for your next CFCE playgroup inside your Hubbardston Elementary School Preschool Classroom. Eating fatty types of fish while you are breastfeeding is healthy for you and your baby! Aim for fish that are lower in mercury, like salmon or sardines. These types of fish contain DHA, a healthy fat that is important for baby’s brain development.
