Dear Valued Customer and Friends,

I am writing this letter with a heavy heart to share some important news about our business. After 20 incredible years of serving the international community with our organic sprouted grains, flours, seeds, legumes, and nuts, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors.

These two decades have been a remarkable journey. What began as a small, passionate project has blossomed into something beyond what I ever imagined. Through your support and belief in our mission to provide high-quality, organic, and wholesome products, we have grown and flourished. I am so grateful for every order, every conversation, and the trust you have placed in us over the years. You have truly been the heart of this business.

We understand that our closure may come as a disappointment to many of you who have come to rely on our offerings. Please know that this decision was not made lightly but it feels like the right time for us to move on to new chapters. However, the relationships we’ve built will remain close to my heart.

Y’all asked so here is Chef Ban Stewart ‘s recipe for Sprouted Crackers:

1 tsp active dry yeast
1 1/2 cup water
2 oz. olive oil
1 1/2 cups Sprouted Flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne

Add yeast to water, let sit for 10-15 min
Combine dry in a stand mixer with dough hook. Add water and olive oil.
Let rest for 1hr or up to 24hrs
Dust table with flour, roll out paper thin. Place on a sheet tray with greased parchment paper.
Bake at 325 for 10-12 minutes ✌🏼❤️🌱
