This Saturday’s class will be lead by Steven. Meet us on the mat in Veterans Park at 8:15 am!

Steven’s yoga journey is both diverse and deeply personal. He first explored breathwork as a young musician and later developed an interest in the mind-body connection through movement and personal experiences, alongside occasional yoga practice.

In 2022, at age 60, a hot Vinyasa class sparked a profound shift, leading to a dedicated daily practice. Inspired to share his experience, he completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2025 and now teaches with authenticity and passion.

This will be a class you do not want to miss.

Jocelyn will be leading a beautiful Hatha yoga class this Saturday!

Called a "Yoga Rebel" by Yoga Journal Magazine, Jocelyn is the creator of HoopYogini™ and Bhakti Boogie® Yoga, holistic fitness practices merging dance with yoga and meditation.
She has toured nationally with Wanderlust, is a six-time presenter at the Bali Spirit Festival, has worked with Academy Award-winning actresses Halle Berry and Marisa Tomei, and was recently featured on Apple News as the Meditation Guide for the Essence Magazine Virtual Wellness House.
