Focusing on Nourishing my family, and changing to healthy habits.
Watching the progress in our lives unfold. Thankful for God's divine alignments and his plan for our lives.

Our Community is a time of witnessing injustices, but choosing life, faithfulness, and the blessings in the moments. We choose not to be afraid when faced with uncertainty, knowingly choosing the less chosen path; so we can PAVE the path for others. and CREATE the blueprint for breaking FREE of the broken system, the wealthy has chosen to impose on the masses.

Choose life, freedom, clean food; don't be afraid of bugs and mushrooms in your soil, when they are DESIGNED to break down death into nutrients accessible for ROOTS to absorb. Then, these plants GROW food to NOURISH your body.

If you ever took basic science courses, these simple concepts should be second nature. Why are so many DEPENDENT on the Governments FOOD? its what you've been fed. its what your microbiome CRAVES, you are NOT WILLING to change your diet? Or you are so ADDICTED to it, that you haven't BROKEN FREE.

The food poisons your blood, it feeds your microbiome (whether you have good bacteria or "bad" bacteria) then guess what? what you are feeding tells your brain it wants MORE. sounds like a vicious cycle.

That's why,......... FASTING is SO important in the cycle of replenishing your BODY.
Here's a clif note. I need to FAST myself, but right now I am building my body with tons of fruits, vegetables, teas, tinctures, and love.

Sometimes you know what your body needs, but it takes a while to take ACTION.
