11:00am ☮️ Non-heated☮️ Gentle Hatha. A class designed with beginners and those seeking a gentle practice in mind. Detailed instruction and guidance is given to provide a safe and mindful practice. Accessible yoga for all. ALL LEVELS, GREAT FOR BEGINNERS.
12:15pm ☮️ Non-heated☮️ Nervous System Reset. This gentle yoga class is designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and support the health of your nervous system. Through slow, mindful movement, grounding postures, and deep breathing, you’ll create a sense of safety and ease within. Emphasis is placed on activating the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) response, helping to release tension, regulate the stress response, and invite a deep sense of peace.
5.30pm 🔥26&2🔥Heated. This class is built around a fixed order of postures with a strong emphasis on alignment and form, which will create a foundation for a safe and effective practice. This consistent and structured sequence allows you to build familiarity with each pose, find comfort along with challenge, and the opportunity for ongoing refinement. ALL LEVELS.
