9:15am 🔥Heated🔥Grounding Flow Learn to combine breath, flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach to a Vinyasa yoga practice. ALL LEVELS

11:00am ☮️ Non-heated☮️ Gentle Hatha. A class designed with beginners and those seeking a gentle practice in mind. Detailed instruction and guidance is given to provide a safe and mindful practice. Accessible yoga for all. ALL LEVELS, GREAT FOR BEGINNERS.

12:15pm ☮️ Non-heated☮️ Nervous System Reset. This gentle yoga class is designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and support the health of your nervous system. Through slow, mindful movement, grounding postures, and deep breathing, you’ll create a sense of safety and ease within. Emphasis is placed on activating the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) response, helping to release tension, regulate the stress response, and invite a deep sense of peace.

5.30pm 🔥26&2🔥Heated. This class is built around a fixed order of postures with a strong emphasis on alignment and form, which will create a foundation for a safe and effective practice. This consistent and structured sequence allows you to build familiarity with each pose, find comfort along with challenge, and the opportunity for ongoing refinement. ALL LEVELS.

Come and welcome Maria to One Love as she teaches her first class this Friday! She will be teaching Unwind Yoga Flow at 5.30pm.

This is a gentle yoga practice combining breathwork, yoga Asana and relaxation practices, grounded in the roots of yoga. Designed to balance the nervous system, calming body, mind and spirit.

Join Kyle for an Introduction to Kundalini Yoga on Friday Oct 17 from 5.30-7.00pm.

This workshop will begin with some background and history on what Kundalini Yoga is, followed by intention setting, breathwork and detailed instruction to specifically integrate Kapalabhati(breath of fire) within the movements. Expect a 50 minute guided Kundalini yoga practice, long savasana and a handout with great information to take home for continued practice. Early sign-up is recommended. Non-members: $35, members: $28

♥️WHAT IS KUNDALINI YOGA?♥️. There are several aspects to this practice:

1. Kriya – A set of physical postures, movements, and breaths designed to produce a specific effect.
2. Pranayama – Breathing techniques that regulate energy and the nervous system.
3. Mantra – Sacred sound vibrations (like “Sat Nam”) used for focus and transformation.
4. Mudra – Hand positions that redirect energy flow within the body.
5. Meditation – Used to still the mind and raise awareness.
6. Relaxation – Usually lying down in savasana to integrate the practice.
