Dr. Anna Nordin is an Arizona primary care doctor of 32 years, who began her focus on resolving mental and emotional symptomatology two decades ago. She was educated in Canada, having initially completed a Bachelor of Science in Physiology at McGill University in Montreal which included psychology courses in her electives. She then went on to complete a four year medical school curriculum at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, which included courses in Jungian analysis. Moving to Los Angeles in 1989, she attended post graduate training at the Jungian Institute and later at the El Paso Institute of NLP training, and EMDR at the LK Institute in Cave Creek, AZ. She has always incorporated counseling in her practice, where she utilizes her expertise in pharmaceutical and natural medicines. She has also studied self analysis techniques, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Feldenkrais, imagery, hypnotherapy, journaling, positive self-affirmations, Trauma Releasing Exercises, breathing techniques, sound and music therapy, audio binaural therapy with use of alpha, beta, theta, delta, gamma wave lengths.
