Our H2O Wellness Class, led by Aquatic Therapist Amal Lena, combines yoga and Tai Chi to improve strength, balance, range of motion, and flexibility. It’s a fun and refreshing way to stay active! ✨

What started as a fun game has quickly become a community favorite—so much so that even our non-Midwestern friends are learning how to play! Now, we’re shuffling up and dealing five times a week. ♣️

We treated our Assisted Living residents to a sweet outing at Baskin-Robbins! 🍦✨

Everyone had a great time picking their favorite ice cream, from classic vanilla to rocky road and everything in between. It was a delicious afternoon filled with smiles and sprinkles! 💛
