After finding the amazing opportunity to use my 15-years of nursing knowledge to empower others through the restorative nature of Holistic Nurse Coaching, I dove all in. I quit my day job, I built my "ark" (mini-homestead), and established my own coaching practice: Elevated Nurse Coaching, LLC. It took me awhile to heal some serious burnout along the way, but by learning new tools, modalities, & building new relationships with an amazing network of holistic professionals, I am thrilled to have come this far so fast. My purpose in life now is to meet other humans where they're at, provide whatever support is needed to build new levels of confidence & resilience. I am a passionate gardener, husband, son, friend, lifetime-learner, hiker, adventurer, snowboarder, and so much more. 🤯 Overwhelmed?

In the past two weeks I’ve had to scale down workouts, reading, and the rest of my luxurious mornings…

Good.

Life happens, but I certainly chose this extra set of challenges, as part of entering “Dog life,” despite all those who warned me not too.

Now it’s time to adjust, recalibrate, and keep pushing play!

Here are some words of wisdom that are especially helpful for those feeling stretched/challenged right now.

"In theory, consistency is about being disciplined, determined, and unwavering.

In practice, consistency is about being adaptable. Don't have much time? Scale it down. Don't have much energy? Do the easy version. Find different ways to show up depending on the circumstances. Let your habits change shape to meet the demands of the day.

Adaptability is the way of consistency."
