This poor patient had been sick for 4 weeks with a viral infection. She experienced extreme fatigue 🫩, fever 🌡️ , sore throat 🤒, headaches 🤕, and body aches. One hospital visit and multiple urgent care visits later, and she still had no relief of symptoms. That’s when she called SOL ☀️ Mobile Wellness. She got an IV of nutrient-filled vitamins. I had to refer a patient to the ER due to the need of a higher level of care. This is what her daughter just texted me while they were waiting to get tended to. 🫣 Mistakes happen when nurses are overworked and understaffed. I don’t blame nurses at all. But unfortunately, someone has to suffer the consequence.
