This month, our team embraced the challenge to “See the Brain, Not the Behavior.”
When Susan became upset during linen changes—especially with her cherished quilt—our team paused and looked deeper. Instead of reacting, they met Susan where she was at and reassured her that her quilt would be gently cared for at the dry cleaners and returned quickly.

The result? Less stress, more trust, and a calmer, more positive experience for everyone. Small changes in approach can make a big difference.
