Our hearts go out to all of our neighbors in California and hopes and prayers that you are finding yourself self.

We know that with these catastrophes fresh it's important to be sensitive, however we wanted to send a friendly reminder to all our audience regarding the importance of an emergency kit in case of an evacuation.

Coconino County offers a great list on their website we are sharing, but with many years of experience, and a couple disasters under our belt we wanted to expand up 1. on the county list. Medications and Essential documents are a MUST!!

Don't forget to have your driver's license, birth certificates, passports social security card, extra credit cards, and or cash. Any other sensitive documents such as powers of attorney can also be important.

As the end of the year approaches, many people are considering changes to their insurance plans.
However, did you know that Medicare part A and or B covers a home health benefit.
Part time or Intermittent that means you may be able to get skilled nursing and home health aide services however a doctor must access you face to face and certify that you need home health services, and the doctor must order the care, and a Medicare certified home health agency must provide it.
