Dear Members of Summit Health and Fitness:

I hope this communication finds you well. The closing of Summit Health and Fitness was difficult for many and I apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. Summit Fitness was uniquely special and I will forever be filled with gratitude for the people who allowed me to serve their health and fitness needs.

I miss the people most and would love to continue serving your health and fitness needs. I will be working at Evolve Flagstaff beginning in August and hope that you will consider scheduling Physical Therapy and Strength and Conditioning services with me. The easiest way to coordinate schedules is to book online.

My heart is full of gratitude and appreciation for all of you. Tomorrow, May 26th, will be our last day of normal business operations. We will be open normal business hours, from 5 AM - 9 PM, and we look forward to seeing all of you one last time. Kids Zone will be open in the morning, but we will not have evening Kids Zone hours. Thank you for your continued support!

Jacqui will not be teaching Yoga at 5:30pm, Tuesday, May 9th, BUT Christine will be subbing with her amazing healing modality - Yamuna Body Rolling!

Members of Summit Health and Fitness:

On behalf of Summit Health and Fitness, please allow me to express my deepest gratitude and most sincere appreciation for your support for the past 17 years. This letter is to inform you that Summit Health and Fitness will no longer be a membership-based health and fitness facility effective May 26, 2023.

Members who wish to continue for the month of May will be billed a pro-rated portion of their normal membership dues. Any members who wish to terminate prior to May 1 billing cycle can without penalty and all remaining memberships will terminate automatically. Members who have joined since March 1, 2023 will be reimbursed for their Professional Services Fee and any members who have pre-paid for their membership dues will be reimbursed for the unused portion of their membership. No equipment will be available for purchase and all equipment has been inventoried for transfer.
