Today, we celebrate an incredible legacy as we honor Dave Hill on his last day with Northland Hospice. 💙

Dave dedicated 28 years of service to hospice care — first volunteering 6 years with Verde Valley Hospice, then 22 remarkable years with Northland Hospice. Alongside his wife, Terri, Dave has given back to our community in countless ways, but one of their most lasting impacts has been their longtime support of NAU Men’s Football and Women’s Golf through their endowment.

Dave also launched our Pet Therapy Program, bringing comfort and joy to so many patients. Through the years, we’ve been blessed by four amazing therapy dogs — Zane, Murphy, Louie, and Lady — all because of Dave’s vision and heart. 🐾

Thank you, Dave, for your unwavering dedication, your kindness, and the compassion you’ve shared with our patients, families, and staff for more than two decades. Your impact will be felt for generations to come. 💜
