🌱 Celebrating Growth, Community, and Inclusive Play

For the past 4 years, NatureTalks LLC therapy services has proudly awarded a Mud Kitchen to a community initiative dedicated to making nature more inclusive and accessible for children of all abilities.

This year, we are honored to highlight the incredible work happening at Fort Bliss’ community and children’s garden at SKIES Unlimited! This inspiring initiative is led by veteran, mother, and entrepreneur Alex Gamache.

Your passion for helping children grow through meaningful connections with nature truly shines. Thank you for the heart, dedication, and vision you bring to your community... we cannot wait to watch this garden (and all the children it serves) continue to flourish! 🌼

We’re also grateful to continue our partnership with Mission: Food Forest, supporting the Mission Food Forest Military Child Program, which helps military families build lasting connections to nature and sustainable food sources. 🌎🌿

What is Challengers? Little League Challengers is designed for players with mental and/or physical disabilities and is FREE to all Challengers players! The season is a bit shorter than a traditional Little League season and offers a fun environment for players to participate in! Register at flagstaff little league.org

🌃🔭Join Coconino County Parks and Recreation, Friends of Coconino County Parks, and the Flagstaff Dark Skies Coalition on Sunday, April 19th from 7pm - 10pm, for a special community stargazing program at Fort Tuthill County Park, held as part of the International Dark Sky Week. This free, family-friendly program invites the public to explore the wonders of the night sky through space-themed activities and hands-on learning. Participants will have the opportunity to view celestial objects through professional-grade telescopes while learning about the importance of protecting our dark skies. All are welcome to attend this evening of discovery, science, and stargazing under the beautiful Flagstaff sky!

Pre-registration is not required for this program. Please park vehicles in the main Fort Tuthill parking lot and walk to the Cochise Ramada upon your arrival.
