๐Ÿ€๐Ÿšซ Rodenticides are extremely toxic to pets and can cause serious harm if ingested!

๐Ÿ‘€ Most rodenticides work by inhibiting the rodentโ€™s ability to clot blood, which can cause internal bleeding in cats and dogs. If your pet has ingested rat or mouse poison, look out for lethargy and pale gums.

๐Ÿ™€ Don't wait for symptoms to appearโ€”contact your veterinarian immediately for treatment!

๐Ÿ’Š This situation is highly treatable if caught early, so be vigilant to keep your pets safe and healthy.๐Ÿถ๐Ÿฑ

๐ŸฆŸ Lyme disease treatment involves eliminating any circulating Borrelia burgdorferi bacteria. Antibiotics are effective at clearing the infection, but may not completely eliminate clinical signs.

Lyme disease-induced organ or joint damage (e.g., arthritis, stiffness) may persist and require additional therapy or care. The initial antibiotic course typically lasts for four weeks, and an additional course may be necessary. If Lyme disease progresses undetected or untreated, neurologic signs, including seizures, are common, as well as kidney failure, which is often fatal.

Don't wait until it's too late! Learn how to protect your furry friend from this debilitating condition by contacting us at 928-779-5522. ๐Ÿพ
