The Peaks celebrated Halloween with fun festivities! Our residents got into the Halloween spirit by dressing up, and everyone had a wonderful time as children trick-or-treaters visited our community in their creative costumes. It was a great day!

Our Crochet Club just welcomed a new member! Resident Stella F. learned a new hobby during Crochet Club, making bracelets with an adaptive loom crafted from a simple cardboard box and yarn. She was delighted to see her project come together and even took it with her to continue during her downtime.

Kudos to Life Enrichment Coordinator Ivy M. and Stella’s neighbor for finding creative ways to encourage residents to join in on the fun!

Adventures with our residents are the best! Last week, we took a wonderful trip to one of our favorite places – Arizona Snowbowl! We rode on the gondola and enjoyed the beautiful nature views of Northern Arizona! One resident that went along shared that she was proud she faced her fear of heights and rode the gondola (at 100 years young!). We ended our trip with a delicious lunch. Thank you, Snow Bowl, for welcoming us and the special accommodations you provided us!
