To practice self healing and contribute to world peace, start with asking for a Spiritual connection to your Higher Self and visualize yourself in a pillar of light connecting you to I AM, human self, and all the way down into Heart of Gaia. Meditate on being at one with all aspects of self, time, space.
Continue to scan your body and energy centers and allow the light to transcend any dark places. Continue to do this until the energy runs clear and free, and send out this harmonious energy to the earth and to those around you.

Not feeling happy with your current life situation? Feeling tired but have been getting good sleep? Are emotions coming up that aren't the most pleasant and you don't know why? Many opportunities for growth are being thrown our way and remember they don't come in the form and butterflies and rainbows. Life doesn't throw anything your way that you're not meant to overcome. I WANT TO ANNOUNCE, AND IM SO EXCITED TO DO SO
I will be offering walk ins on Saturdays starting November 19th from 12-3 or 1-4 for any emergencies that anyone is going through or if someone is going through a large transition and may need some guidance. This will not be like a regular session. This will involve you talking more, while giving you reiki as i hold space for you. Many just want to be heard, and I will be there to listen. Ill only share my thoughts and words if thats what you wish. These walk ins will be donations only!
Is that something that anyone would find helpful? And are those times appropriate for you guys? Id love your feedback!

What is your relationship to your feelings? By learning how to 'sit with' and 'be with' ourselves no matter what is coming up, we develop a deeper sense of self and learn how to be our own best friend! Great article on moving beyond judgement by developing more openness and recognition of our need to feel and express.

When we judge our feelings as "bad," we feel even worse and then get stuck. It's human to experience all emotions. We deserve compassion, not judgment.
