Our Story
We at The Physio Shop know that physical health is critical to happiness and well being. That’s why we offer everything you need to recover from injury, increase athletic performance, or just get more comfortable in your body--From physical therapy to fitness coaching and therapeutic massage.
We have several programs that are unique in Northern Arizona. Our Physio Shop Training Program includes unlimited training sessions with our college-educated Personal Trainers, in addition to receiving monthly checkups and program planning from our Physical Therapists, plus 20% off of massage. Our massage program is also unique; our LMT’s are in-house full-time, working hand-in-hand with our Physical Therapists and Trainers to build exceptionally effective manual therapy into any fitness or recovery program. In addition to these services, we also offer high-level running coaching and cross-training in our Running Project, plus boxing classes and running gait analysis. At The Physio Shop you’ll get personalized attention, affordable rates, highly-trained staff, cutting-edge techniques and remarkable results.
