Next month in The Peaceful Living Yoga Series: Protecting Your Peace

These ongoing gentle classes are intended for anyone who wants to slow down and go within - deepening your connection to yourself, and learning ways to create peace both inside yourself and out in your everyday life.

Every class is different and incorporates a variety of styles - Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Nidra, as well as breathing practices, meditation, chant, and lifestyle tools.

This is a very low-key class... sometimes, we get off of the floor 😉

Classes are offered in a 4 week block or individually.

Space size is very limited and preregistration is required: Call or text 928-226-1231 or email aileen@thebodydivine.com to do so.

The next block starts on Wednesday, October 1st, at 5:30pm. Come experience the teachings of yoga and how they can help you learn to have more happiness, balance, and ease in your life.

Classes are held at The Synergy Studio in the 4th Street Professional Building 2501 North 4th Street, Suite 14

Wednesdays 5:30pm and Saturdays 3:00pm (second Saturdays of the month 2:30pm)

This is an ongoing class set up in 4 week blocks. Each block will have a new theme and is seasonally based.

The first block starts on Wednesday, July 2nd, at 5:30 and the theme for the month is Personal Freedom. Come experience the teachings of yoga and how they can help you learn to have more happiness, balance, and ease in your life.

I'm really happy to announce that I am publicly offering some practices that have been both super helpful and dear to my heart over the years.

Saturday's at 3:00 (Second week of the month 2:30) -4:15/(3:45).
Beginner's Basics Integrated Yoga Slow Down. $20 This class is great for beginners or anyone wanting to slow down and move inward.

The 3rd Sunday of every month join me for a traditional
Chant and Silent Meditation from 11-12:15. By donation ($5 minimum). This month is Sunday the 16th.

Using information, tools, and techniques from yoga, meditation, and modern day neuroscience, learn ways to shift your life by understanding how your patterns are formed, how they play out in your life and can keep you stuck, and ways to change them to get you what in life.

We will chant, meditate, visualize, journal, move our bodies, and create a plan to make your vision real, where, to no fault of your own, maybe haven't been able to before.
