Greetings!
The way this workshop brought itself together was surely surprising for us. We didn’t seek to create anything of the sort, it seemed to make itself known to us that it wanted to be shared.

We have found that these simple, subtle, hands-on tools for connecting are invaluable for the times we are in. We feel that we each have a responsibility to learn how to old each other, as partners, friends, family and parts of a whole.

There is so much resource in co-regulation and value in cultivating a felt-sense of safety between us. It gives us a ground on which we can stand and meet the moment.

A beautiful side-effect of this—learning how to hold ourselves and each other—is more intimacy, closeness and pleasureful togetherness.

There is a wider holding that’s always here, it can be experienced directly and often through our senses and the “physical” world. We can receive our relatives, attune, listen, feel good, wait and act from the great holding. The physical and subtle are one.

It can be really easy to feel like we are falling behind in a system and mindset built on more.

The love that comes back to life when we grieve, when we remember…

My work often feels and looks like this with others. As a Land-based practitioner I know the immeasurable value of deep listening, contact and receptivity of the Non-human world to help us digest and raise the octave of our capacity to be with what really is the truth of our times. In so doing, we heal our trauma, we deal with the light and the dark, we learn about the beauty of ourselves, and begin (to act as the conditioned post-colonial mind happily takes a back seat) to the wisdom of the whole, the sacred guidance and direction from the spirit in Nature.
