As we approach the 12/12 portal, the energy around us is shifting in a very real and grounded way. With several planetary alignments and retrogrades still influencing us, many of us are feeling the pull to slow down, reflect, and recognize how far we’ve truly come.

This year and genuinely, this entire 9 year cycle has been intense, transformative, and deeply revealing. It has asked us to grow in ways we didn’t expect… and yet we’ve done it. We’ve faced challenges, released old identities, healed long-standing wounds, and found the courage to keep going even when the path felt uncertain.

Take a moment to acknowledge everything you’ve accomplished, not just the big moments, but the quiet, powerful ones:�

• choosing yourself�
• choosing growth�
• choosing to stay the course�
• choosing love again and again

The 12/12 portal supports us in releasing whatever we no longer want to carry into the next chapter, outdated beliefs, heavy patterns, emotional clutter, or anything that keeps us small. As we make space, we open ourselves to greater light, clarity, abundance, and support from the Divine and from our own soul.

We are preparing for the strong foundation of the upcoming 1 year cycle in 2026, a year of new beginnings, aligned opportunities, and fresh possibilities. What we clear now becomes the fertile ground for what will grow next.

As you move through these days, remember:�
You are supported.�
You are guided.
�You are loved.�
You are abundant.�
And you are absolutely worthy of everything you are stepping into.

Here’s to releasing what’s done, honoring what has shaped us, and welcoming the light that is rising within and around us.

The holidays can be wonderful, but they can also be hard. Being surrounded by friends, family, and tradition often reminds us of the people we wish were still here. Missing someone, whether the loss was recent or many years ago, can make this season feel heavier than we expect.

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because, if you know me, I love to cook and bake for others. Having the opportunity to gather with friends and family lifts my soul more than I can explain. I feel that part of this comes from my mom, who was the queen of bringing joy, kindness, and a sense of belonging into so many people’s lives with her amazing heart and exceptional cooking skills.
I learned so much from her, especially that the most important ingredient in any recipe is love. That is something I infuse into everything I bake and cook. When I shop, I’m infusing love into the ingredients as I choose them with care. When I begin prepping a recipe, I give thanks for the ability to share what I’m about to make with those I love or with those who may be in need of love-filled food. And finally, I infuse healing energy, love, peace, and kindness as the finishing touches before serving it or giving it to someone to enjoy. My heart is overwhelmed with light, love, and joy every time I get to cook or bake and share the magic that has been passed down to me from my mother and my ancestors.
So, whether I am with you this Thanksgiving or not, know that I am sending you all the light, healing energy, joy, peace, good health, and love, from my heart to yours.
