You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be consistent. Consistently doing the things that are pushing you towards your goals and a healthier lifestyle. The best way to master this is with flexibility - instead of scrapping a workout because you don’t have time, just cut it short. Don’t have time to meal prep, buy a rotisserie chicken and sauté some frozen veggies or buy a packaged salad. Modify things to better fit the life you want to live. And if you have days that don’t align with your goals, that’s ok! Tomorrow is a new day, get back to it when you can.
