ENA Wellness I am a DoTERRA Wellness Advocate as well as a Nationally Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist spec I make house calls or provide in service treatment.

I am a 2007 graduate of West Wind Academy of Massage Therapy in Phoenix, AZ. I graduated with 600 + hours of education and have a passion in learning and increase my skills continuously. I specialize in Swedish and Therapeutic Massage with a working knowledge of multiple modalities including reflexology, CranioSacral balancing,and myofascial techniques. In 2012, I took a specialty class with Carol Osbourne to become certified in Peri and Prenatal Massage

I believe in a holistic massage therapy application and approach my clients to aid their individual needs to help relive tension and discomfort and increase mobility. I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and abide by their Code of Ethics and Standards. In 2014, I decided to incorporate Essential Oils into my lifestyle and practice. I became an DoTERRA Wellness Advocate and love using and sharing my love of natural solutions for health care, mood management and caring for my home. Support our Students for Life club during their April Diaper Drive!

They will be collecting donations for pregnant and parenting students and community members.

Donations will be accepted at the Holy Trinity Catholic Newman Center. Donations accepted include but are not limited to:

-diapers (all sizes), baby food, formula, pacifiers, baby clothes, maternity clothes, any and all maternity/baby/toddler items.

I love this quote, it is relatable to every aspect of life. Leadership in the medical/birth community, within school leadership, within the places we work, within all levels of politics, starting at the bottom with our city and country, and traveling through state and national level. Within journalism, and most importantly within ourselves. We need leaders who care about each other!!!

While this coincides with the presidential inauguration, I want to respond that it wasn't its intent. I did research on inauguration day, along with Martin Luther King day, and I learned many things I didn't know. But most importantly, I loved the message in this quote.
