We’re honored to receive a $10,000 grant from the Arizona Community Foundation of Flagstaff in support of our Treatment Link program, Fit at 45, and Well Woman HealthCheck Programs!
Treatment Link plays a vital role in ensuring that patients diagnosed with breast, cervical, or colorectal cancer through the Well Woman HealthCheck and the FIT at 45 programs — who fall under 250% of the federal poverty level and are ineligible for other safety net programs — can access the care they need. The Well Woman HealthCheck Program offers no-cost breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to uninsured or underinsured women. Fit at 45 aims to expand access to colorectal cancer screening, education, and resources for men and women between the ages of 45 and 75. Thanks to this generous support, we can continue helping patients across northern Arizona receive life-saving treatment.
This year, the Arizona Community Foundation awarded over $1.7 million in grant funds, supporting impactful nonprofits across Arizona like North Country. We’re proud to be among the recipients working to improve lives in our communities and are deeply grateful to the Arizona Community Foundation for their commitment to community health.
