What a year! As every year, 2025 has been beautiful, challenging, and everything in between. We have watched our clients accomplish everything from their first back squat, deadlift PRs, 100 milers, to feeling more at home in their bodies.

We had to say good bye to , and Emma (we miss you!) and welcomed new , and 🫶🏽

We are so grateful to each and every one of our members, clients, coaches, and clinicians for making EVOLVE a welcoming and warm space for community. No matter what 2026 holds, we know we will be better together.

We know that muscle mass decreases as the age. While thats that’s true, we can litigate it through intentional training and adequate nutrition. But before muscle mass or strength significantly decrease, we lose the ability to generate power, speed, and force first.

Having the capacity to move, a lot of weight is important but not more important than being able to move the weight quickly and effectively.

This is not only beneficial when climbing a techy section on your bike, moving heavy powder under your skis, but also extremely beneficial doing daily mundane tasks like reacting quickly to prevent yourself from falling on the ice.

We want to give a warm welcome to our newest team member and dietitian Christen! We are so excited to add yet another incredible practitioner to our team, you can book with her through our website or over the phone starting today!

Christen Kinsella is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan in both clinical and outpatient settings. She has a wealth of experience working with clients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and GI disorders. She is most passionate about helping people realize how to truly nourish themselves while creating a long-lasting, healthy relationship with food and their bodies. She wants to help every single person find joy in health, movement, and food! She is a lover of all things adventure and play. You will likely find her on a bike, on a snowboard, playing at the park with her 4-year-old, or in a chair reading all of the books.

August is a time of transition: kids are back in school, fall is in the air, and responsibilities are picking up. With change comes the challenge of maintaining consistency, but remember—you deserve care too. Here’s how to nurture yourself amidst the hustle:

✨ Schedule Movement: Pick an activity you love—whether it’s a workout class, morning walk, bike ride, trail run, or even dancing at home. Prioritize consistency over intensity, and don’t forget to take a rest day!

🍴 Batch Prep Meals: Spend a few hours at the start of the week to prepare and portion your meals. A mix of proteins, veggies, and grains, or pre-made dishes, will keep you fueled and stress-free.

🎉 Find Fun Activities: Discover movement you genuinely enjoy. Dance, hike, or try a new sport—whatever brings you joy will make staying active easier.

💖 Understand Consistency Challenges: Off days happen. Progress isn’t always linear, and that’s okay. Celebrate small wins, stay flexible, and keep moving forward.

Consistency can be tough, but it’s not about perfection. Adjust as needed, and most importantly, be kind to yourself. You’ve got this!
