Intensity is not the only path to change, even if it is the one that is most famliar.
Short-term relief is certainly helpful and attainable, but instead of always looking for strong sensations during treatment, we can ensure long-term, meaningful change by

❤ Using a toolkit which treats the whole being and their relationships to people, places, and things
❤ Offering social support and simple approach to healthy living
