Throughout life, we all experience obstacles that have the ability to disrupt our journey. My practice focuses on helping women navigate difficult emotions as a result of the many stressors they may encounter in their daily life. I want to help my clients feel comfortable sharing the parts of their life with me that are causing them pain. My approach is holistic in nature, focusing on the mind, body and spiritual connection in order to help you achieve wellness. My goal is to help you feel validated in your feelings and offer solutions so that leaving a session, you will feel emotionally lighter with a bit more hope. Treatment will be delivered via HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform.

The time is always right to choose yourself and start healing from the things that have caused you pain. Although it’s easier to avoid and pretend you’re okay, these parts of ourselves need attention and healing in order to achieve true happiness!
